If you do not see a trip available in our scheduled public calendar that fits your plans or larger group size please do not hesitate to call or email us with your request. We have many public and private charter dates as well as additional boats available not shown in our online calendar.
Online tickets can be purchased with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Gratuity to our Captains is not included in ticket price.
Prior to purchasing tickets, please review all policies below.
Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific excursion. The trip will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your boarding pass.
What is the cancellation policy?
To receive a full refund you must contact us directly within 48 hours of your scheduled tour to cancel or reschedule.
As we only sell 6 seats per boat those seats are removed from our sales options when reserved so if there are cancellations of less than 48 hours or no shows then the trips purchased will not be refunded. We do not provide refunds on our whale watching excursion if there are no sightings, as we are dealing with nature.
Scheduled wrong date?
We have 6 seats to offer per excursion; if you purchase tickets for the wrong time or date and do not give us 48 hours notice to reschedule you will not be able to provide any refund and you will have to make a new reservation at full price.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled excursion there will be no refund provided.
